Concept
The commercial for the AIDA cruise ship was conceived as a piece showcasing the coworkers — an emotional form of appreciation towards the workers.
Implementation
We composed the track along with the sound design and SFX, blending acoustic elements like strings, piano, and percussion with synth sounds, all layered with the original tone.
Mix
The sounds blend into each other like the parts of a ticking clockwork — just like all the workers on the ship. That was the main goal of the mixdown: making everything work together. It all builds up like a rising heartbeat — the heartbeat of the ocean.
